Experience the height of McHenry County wedding luxury at The Luxe Loop—an exclusive, carefully curated event designed for couples seeking the finest in wedding inspiration. This elevated multi-venue tour showcases three premier destinations—The Starline Factory, The Reserve at Black Oak, and Providence Vineyard—each transformed into a refined setting featuring the region’s most distinguished wedding professionals.

Vendors will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, with all placement requests thoughtfully evaluated to ensure a sophisticated and balanced presentation at each venue. Every participating vendor will receive premium visibility through our beautifully designed tour map and integrated marketing campaign, along with the opportunity to include curated items in our bespoke couples’ gift bags, presented to the first 150 attendees.

ADDITIONAL NOTES ON SET UP PREFERENCES/ NEEDS:

*Registration & payment need to be returned by 03/23/26 to be included in advertising.

  (Facebook, print, radio, instagram, local outlets) Vendors encouraged to advertise on their own media sites as well. Last date to register is 03/23/26

*All booths have an 8' table, linen, 2 chairs & are reserved on a first come first served basis. Booth sharing 

   is NOT allowed. Registration is non-refundable.

*150 swag bags will be given out : if you’d like to add items, please drop them off to Starline Factory by 04/10/26 (300 W Front St Harvard, IL)

*Spots will not be guaranteed until vendor form & payment are received.
